He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Harwood and Norma Della White Harwood; his wife Ramona "Tony" Marsh Harwood; his children, Deborah Suzanne Harwood and Michael Clay Harwood; his siblings, Jerry Harwood, Bobby Harwood and Shirley Downing; his sister-in-law Sharon Gail Harwood; and his nephew Scotty Hesson.
He is survived by: his son Gil Jason Harwood (Kendra) of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Tommy Harwood of Scottsville, KY, Marshall Harwood (Kay) of Scottsville, KY and Bonnie Hesson (Kenny) of Holland, KY; his grandchildren, Blake Harwood (Jamie) and Amber Harwood; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Harwood and Laken Harwood. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
