It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Parrish of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Glendal Willoughby and Nancy Lavonne Steenbergen Willoughby of Scottsville, KY; and her father-in-law Kenneth Parrish. She is survived by: her husband Lee Parrish of Scottsville, KY; and her children, Caine Parrish of Scottsville, KY and Amy Parrish of Scottsville, KY.
