He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Monroe Brown and Bertha Rolena Harlan Brown; his close friend Sandra Armour; his siblings, Roger Brown, Alice Myers Taylor and Bertha Reynolds; his nephew Chris Brown; and his niece Christy Clark.

He is survived by: his nephews, Mike Myers (Nicky) of Cabot, AR, Jayson Brown (Melissa) of Glasgow, KY and Dennis Myers of Saco, ME; and his stepchildren, Johnathan "Chub" Brumley (DeAnna) of Scottsville, KY and Sara B. Keen of Scottsville, KY.
