He is survived by: his children, Eric Carter of Louisville, KY and Tracy Todd (Paul) of Scottsville, KY; his brother Joe Carter of Scottsville, KY; his brother-in-law Harold Frost of Scottsville, KY; his sisters, Mary Collins (Buddy) of Scottsville, KY, Reta Goad (Tommy) of Scottsville, KY, Suzy Blankenship (Freddie) of Scottsville, KY, Lori Pennington (George) of Scottsville, KY, Lana Stovall (Scotty) of Scottsville, KY, Amanda Holland (Lee) of Scottsville, KY and Sarah Carter (Robin) of White House, TN; his grandchildren, Brittany Taylor (Dustin) and Jordan Riddle (Shanae); and his great grandchildren, Keaton, Paisley, Knox, Oaklyn, Briley, Melody, Cooper, Olivia and Leia.
