She is survived by: her sons, Chad Ferrel Willoughby (Lori) of Alvaton, KY, Danny Matwain Willoughby of Scottsville, KY and Les Richard McGee (Amy) of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, JoAngela, Blake, Briley, Ciera, Travis and Marlie; and her great grandchildren, Leeland, Layla and John.
