She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thomas Houchens and Mary Edna Furlong Houchens; her husband Fred Johnson; her daughter Linda Faye Cook (Brad); her granddaughter Jennifer Threet; her brothers, Maxie Houchens and Wayne Houchens; and her daughter-in-law Kay Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Wayne Johnson of Scottsville, KY, Eddie Gene Johnson of Scottsville, KY, Teddy Maxie Johnson (Pam) of Portland, TN, Martha Cummings (Douglas) of Lucas, KY, Mary Lesa Buckley (Tim) of Glasgow, KY and Elizabeth Ann Woodard of Lafayette, TN; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Houchens of Scottsville, KY and Zelda Hendrix of Scottsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Melanie Sherwin, Jamie Mills, Wesley Cummings, Jill Scott, Heather Evans, Ashley Jackson, Lucas Buckley, Judson Johnson, Tabitha Johnson and Austin Woodard. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
