He is survived by: his wife Lynn Gallagher of Scottsville, KY; his son Ryan Gallagher of New Alexandria, PA; his stepdaughters, Amanda Payne (Aaron) of Watertown, TN, Julie Amos (Kevin) of Hixson, TN and Breanna Wolfe of Dixon Springs, TN; and his siblings, Bill Gallagher (Carol) of Titusville, PA, Jim Gallagher (Carol) of Holiday, FL, Dana Tramba (Norm) of Edmond, OK, Sue Glew of Rockwood, PA, Janet Sivak (Bruce) of Pittsburg, PA and Barbara Byers (Jeff) of Pittsburg, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
