She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Wilson McGuffey and Odell Carter McGuffey; her spouse Rondel Dean Cornwell; her son Robbie Neil Cornwell; and her siblings, Beatrice Long, Doris Jean Carter, Jay Willard McGuffey, Larry McGuffey and Luther.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Haven (Charles) of Scottsville, KY; her grandsons, Josh Cornwell (Cassie), Jeremy Haven (Mackenzie) and Logan Haven (Kayla Shelton); and her great grandchild Jackson Heath.
