She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kelly and Josie Lloyd Frost; her husband Frank Delano Williams; and her sons, Johnny Victor Blankenship and Ronnie Williams.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Frances Hammer, John Frost, Phillip Gordon Frost and Billy Frost; her caregiver Aide; her son Melvin of Glasgow; her brother Harold Frost of Allen County; and her grandchildren, Crystal Blankenship of Edmonton, Steven of Glasgow, Michael Blankenship of Glasgow and Kim Cherry of Scottsville, Several. She is also survived by Several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
