She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dalton Sr. and Betty Carolyn Parks Scruggs; and her brother James Scruggs. She is survived by: her children, Jason Graves (Crystal Cummins), Desiree Lewis (Stephen), Dustin Scruggs and Destiny Hazard (Jacob); her brother Jeff Scruggs (Rita); her grandchildren, Zayden Lewis, Nathaniel Graves, Kaylee Lewis, Autumn Hazard, Owen Hazard and Maddox Lewis; and her nieces and nephews, Emily and Kyle Scruggs.
