He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee Miller and Mildred Marie Rather Miller; and his brother Jack Miller. He is survived by: his wife Tammi Miller; his children, Emily Berkley (Brian), Rebecca Miller, Matthew Miller (Hillary) and Benjamin Miller; his sisters, Marjorie Miller, Jo Miller (John Murphee) and Ann Vaughan (Jim); his grandchildren, Ruth Ann Partin (Kaleb), Emma Warren (Titus), Joshua Berkley, Brian Chris Berkley, Caleb Berkley and Samuel Berkley; and his great grandchild Berkley Partin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
