He is survived by: his father Garnia Hawks (Joan) of Scottsville; his wife Betty Ann Lindsey Hawks of Scottsville; his children, Matthew Hawks of Bowling Green and Sarah Hawks of Scottsville; his stepchildren, Tyler Moon of Pine Grove and Courtney Moon of Bowling Green; his brothers, Kelly Hawks (Laura) of Scottsville, Jason Hawks of Scottsville, Andy Hawks of Scottsville and Ronald Hawks of Scottsville; his aunt Rebecca Landers (Don); and his nieces, Lauren Hawks and Emily Hawks.
