He was predeceased by: his mother Maureen Kirk Bradshaw of Bowling Green, KY. He is survived by: his father George Logan Bradshaw of Scottsville, KY; his children, Elijah Bradshaw of Scottsville, KY, Brianna Phillips of Murfreesboro, TN and Brooklyn Bradshaw of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, Jermaine Soules of Louisville, KY, April Bradshaw of Bowling Green, KY, Latisha Kirk of Bowling Green, KY and Imari Hammock of Scottsville, KY.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
