He is survived by: his wife Judy Wooten; his sons, Dr. Eric Wooten (Mary) and Kyle Wooten (Lisa); his grandchildren, Eric Tyler Wooten, Jr. (Kinzy), Madison Wooten, Charlie Wooten, Brianna Wooten, Sarah Wooten, Andrew Kornrumpf (Imani) and Cody Kornrumpf (Paige); and his great grandchildren, Eris, Gabe and Damien.

Memorial Donation may be made to the Mt. Union Methodist Church or the Graham Lodge.
