Johnson (Anthony) of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, David Carter (Amanda) of Scottsville, KY, Tim Carter (Vickie) of Scottsville, KY and Loretta Wallace (Wayne) of Scottsville, KY; his cousin Randy Richey (Carolyn) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Abby Hardin, William Ryker Hardin, Kennady M. Carter, Lucas D. Carter, Hailey Johnson and Margaret Carter.
