He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter Collins of Scottsville, KY; his sons, Jeff Collins (Kimberly) of Adolphus, KY and Chad Collins (Amy) of Scottsville, KY; his son-in-law Wesley Jackson of Scottsville, KY; his sisters, Joyce Jennett of Russellville, KY and Nancy Mayes (Tony) of Bowling Green, KY; his grandchildren, Jessica, Cory, Lucas, Katie and Hunter; and his great grandchild Billy Wayne Collins.
