He was predeceased by: his father David Allen Patrick; his grandmother Diane Patrick; and his great-grandparents, Billie Ruth Richardson, J. D. Clark, Onie, Lula Mae Patrick, Carl, Opal Witcher, Leon, Patsy Spearman, Alburn and Mary Gilliam.
He is survived by: his mother Tracey Nicole Spearman Hughes (Billy Hinton) of Finney, KY; his grandparents, Arnold, Melba Patrick of Scottsville, KY, Buddy Spearman (Sandy Spearman) and Willard Gilliam (Beatrice Gilliam); his siblings, Clayton Blankenship (Raelyn) of Scottsville, KY, Jordan Talbott (Shelby) of Scottsville, KY, Zachary Richards (Joshua) of Scottsville, KY, Courtney Patrick (Rachel) of Auburn, KY and Khloe Patrick of Scottsville, KY; and his close friends, Brooklyn Carter, Shiloh Knievel, Logan Toler and Lucas Etheridge. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Brooklyn Carter's family.
