He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Shipley and Vonnie Celia Hood Shipley; and his sisters, Christine Payne and Virginia Shipley. He is survived by: his wife Roxie Shipley of Scottsville, KY; his sons, Richard Wayne Shipley (Kathy) of Scottsville, KY and Robin Christopher Shipley of Scottsville, KY; his brother Ray Douglas Shipley of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kaleb Shipley (Jodi), Ralston Shipley, Haleigh Shockley (Nick) and Caeden Shipley; and his great grandchildren, Maddox Shockley, Macon Shockley, Millie Shockley, Tywyn Shipley, Halen Green and Daisy Hatcher.
