He is survived by: his siblings, Gordon Holder of Scottsville, KY, Sammy Holder of Scottsville, KY, Jeff Holder of Scottsville, KY, Linda Kay Simmons of Scottville, KY and Brenda Thomas (Jerry) of Scottville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
