She was predeceased by: her parents, James Quincy Oliver and Vera B. Beller Oliver; her daughter Kathy Ann Palmer; her sister Mildred Halliburton; and her stepchildren, Bobby Turner and Sharon Wilder.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Turner of Scottsville, KY, Anita Hill (Daryl) of Lafayette, TN, Vera Kathryn Lillard (Michael, Franklin) and Renotia Joe Layne (Andy); her stepson David Turner (Holly); her siblings, Jim Oliver (Sandra) of Scottsville, KY, Joe Oliver (Becky) of Scottsville, KY, Seagle Oliver (Penny) of Scottsville, KY, Beatrice Caldwell of Scottsville, KY, Lucretia B. Livesay (Ron) of Scottsville, KY, Mae Phelps of Scottsville, KY, Jean Hanner of Scottsville, KY, Martha Grant (Andy) and Janet Johnson; her grandchildren, Sha Hagen, Heather Hightower (David), Ashley Sliger (Jeffery), Nichole Palmer, Kayla Lillard, Katlyn Lillard, M. J. Lillard and Jessica Layne; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Goad, Clint Wilder, Ronald Wilder, Brittany Turner, Bobby Turner, Erica Turner, Zach Turner and Derick Turner; and her great great grandchild Several. She is also survived by Several great grandchildren.
