She was predeceased by: her parents, King Wilson Sullivan, Jr. and Ella Devola Eakle Sullivan; her husbands, Dillard Stephens and Earl C Dinkins; her son Jerry Clifton Taylor; her son-in-law Rocky Shaw; her grandson Rex Shaw; and her siblings, Leroy Sullivan and Mildred Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Tad Dirk Taylor (Leigh Ann) of Scottsville, KY, Todd Alan Taylor of Nashville, TN and Vanessa Shaw of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Jerry Sullivan of Adolphus, KY, David Sullivan (Betty) of Scottsville, KY, Martha Rich of Adolphus, KY and Mary Christison of Adolphus, KY; her grandchildren, Jerian Petry (Josh), Rylie Matlock, Tad Koltin Taylor and Kash Taylor; her granddaughter-in-law Jill Shaw of Scottsville, KY; her great grandchildren, Kaleigh Shaw, Kyndall Shaw and Joshua Petry; and also Jerry Taylor. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
