She is survived by: her children, Charles Stanley Starks (Lauraetta) of Louisville, KY, William DeWayne Starks, Sr. (Helen) of Louisville, KY, Samuel Maurice Starks (Venessa) of Franklin, KY, Belinda Starks Tatmon (Michael) of Bowling Green, KY and Beletha Barnett (Willie) of Franklin, KY; and her daughter-in-law Reba Buford of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
