She is survived by: her husband Roger Murphy of Scottsville, KY; her children, Timothy York of Adolphus, KY, Donald York of Adolphus, KY, Roger Napier (Mary Ellen) of Glasgow, KY and Kandie Payne Jenkins of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Haskel Blankenship (April) of Scottsville, KY, Daniel Blankenship of Franklin, KY, Clarence Blankenship of Franklin, KY, Loretta Hooten (Phillip) of Alvaton, KY and Patricia York (Roger) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Lilly Ann, Brooklynn, Timothy "Tim Tom", Tiwanna Stephens, Christopher Thompson, Ryan Napier, Ericka Napier, Ellie-Ana Napier, Dalton Napier, Trevor Napier, Gabriel Napier and Greyson Napier; and her great grandchildren, Brayleigh, Hazley and Baylor. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
