She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Kellermeier and Marie Denton Kellermeier; her husband William H. Herrington; her children, Penny and David; and her grandson Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Karan Johnson (Roger), Donna Herrington and Rob Herrington (Becky); and her sister Patricia Weinberg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
