It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Louise Carter of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freely A. Driver and Isabell Stinson Driver Cox; her husband Junior Douglas Carter; her son Douglas Wayne Carter; her grandson Todd Sullivan; and her siblings, Louie Driver, Lattie Borders, Kathrine Brown and Mae Doss.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Carter (Mary) of Scottsville, KY, Peggy Rush (Joe) of Lafayette, TN and Kim Kinser (Mark) of Brownsville, KY; her daughter-in-law Debbie Carter of Scottsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Lakien Carter (Paul), Brandy Green (John), Kayla Nichols (Forrest), David Carter (Brittany), Cody Carter (Ciara) and John Carter (Kyneal).
