She is survived by: her mother Helois Carol Howard West of Scottsville, KY; her sisters, Kim Howard Carter (Jason) of Scottsville, KY and Christina Hooten Alessio (Louis) of Hubbard, OH; and her half-sister Shannon West of Bonnieville, KY.
