She is survived by: her children, Michael David Cornwell (Debbie) of Cedar Creek, TX, Lisa Kathleen Morehead of Florence, MS, Dena Ruiz (Cecilio) of Austin, TX, Hope Adams of Scottsville, KY and Jennifer Hairston (Gary) of Scottsville, KY; her stepson Danny Adams; her siblings, Harvey Leon Spurgeon, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, Bunnie Jean Richards of Searcy, AR, Bobbie Jean Silzer of Fort Smith, AR and Kathleen McDaniel (Billy) of Greenville, MS; and her grandchildren, Blake Adams, Stephen Young, Matthew Young, Brad Young, Cecilio Ruiz, Bronson Ruiz, Conner Cornwell, Tristan Cornwell, Anna Hairston, Nathan Hairston, Ian Hairston and Lauren Greco.
