She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Mofield and Emma Mofield (Spaw); and her siblings, Gertrude Webb, Ralph Mofield and Mildred Dykes.
She is survived by: her children, Dinnia Woosley (Brian), David Godbey (Melinda), Eddie Godbey (Juda) and Kathy Chewning (Terry); her brother Donald Mofield; her grandchildren, Amanda Beshears (Bart), Kevin Blevins, Jennifer Godbey, Holly Riddle (Lincoln) and Bradley Godbey; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Beshears, Kinsley Blevins, Kyndall Blevins and Kira Godbey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
