He was predeceased by: his parents, Jona Lee and Shirley May Phelps (Elliott); his daughter Christa Lynn Phelps; and his sisters, Pamela Lee Morgan and Deborah Marie Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Phelps (Warfield); his children, William Jeremiah Phillip Haste, Chelsey Leann Thompson, Trinitee Paige Roberts and Nolan John Roberts; his sister Sharon Krallman (Mark); his mother-in-law Jeanie Warfield (John); and his grandchildren, Dagon Allen Clay Thompson, Mathias Thompson Tremblay and Willow Kasley Laine Haste.
