He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Campbell-Turpin of Science Hill; his siblings, Conley Campbell of Science Hill, Herman Campbell of Somerset, Don Campbell of Science Hill, Tempie Campbell of Latonia and Dorthy Michael of Burlington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Zachary and Olivia Turpin; and his close friend Lacey. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and his pet.
