He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Warren (Wesley). He is survived by: his father Frank Warren of King Bee; his wife Susan Warren (Hammel); his children, Joshua Warren (Megan) of Eubank, Justin Craig of Science Hill, Zach Blanton of Eubank, Sarah Duncan (Jay Roberts) of Science Hill and Casi Carpenter (Codi) of Somerset; and his siblings, Gary Wayne Warren of King Bee, Nathan Warren of Somerset and Fran McKee (Terry) of Science Hill. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
