He is survived by: his wife Carol Dick; his children, Sammie Dick (Marlana) and Shelly Souders (Jeff); his stepsons, Terry Correll and Mark Correll; his grandchildren, Samantha Gides (Patrick), Amanda Conner, Savannah Dick, Andrew Correll and Jacob Correll; his great grandchildren, Isla Jolie Gides and Chase Conner; his brothers, Joey Lee Dick (Kathy) and Dennis "Minkel" Dick (Linda); and his sister-in-law Jo Dick.
