He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Dorthy Allen (Hickey); and his brothers, James Allen and Ray Allen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Leigh Allen; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Absher (Darron) of Science Hill, Kentucky, Kevin Wesley (Cierra) of Lexington, Kentucky, Maddie-Sue Absher, Leighcy Absher, Coraline Wesley and Easton Wesley; and his siblings, Tony Allen (Jeanette) of Algood, Tennessee and Susie Flatt of Tampa, Florida.
