He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard; his daughter Krista Eichner (Scott) of Science Hill; his siblings, Wendell, Larry Howard, Sheila Prather of Cincinnati, OH and Connie Anderson of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Austin and Brayla Eichner.
