He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowder and Lusettie Belle Moore (Ballanger); his daughter Donna Moore-Young; and his siblings, Roscoe Lee, William Otto, Joe Bill Moore, Merry Lizzie Lawley, Ruth Helen Moore, Louizy Moore and Martha Evaiene Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Mereda Moore (Burkett); and his grandchildren, Jacob Moore of Richmond and Tyrese Garrett of Science Hill.
