He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Mae Mofield; his wife Carol A. Mofield (Miller); his siblings, Sonny Dick, Bobby Mofield and Judy Dick; and his stepson Edward Bridges.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Larry Bridges of Lake City, FL, John Osbourne of Eubank and Holly Osbourne of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Elza Dick of Eubank, Bill Mofield of London and Sarah Jane Elliott. He is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren.
