She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherod Eubank and Pauline Eubank (Saylor); and her siblings, Sherod Junior, John, Douglas, Casper and Mildred McKeehan.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Farley; her son Michael John Farley of Jeffersonville; her grandchildren, Robin Farley-Griffin of Piqua, John, Dustin, Amanda and Ben; her brother James Eubank (Brenda) of Richmond, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Brantley, Barrett, Mattix and Clayton. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
