He is survived by: his mother Doris Loeser (Keeney) of Science Hill; his wife Debbie Dungan (Wilson); his daughters, Ashley Dungan Phelps of Somerset and Amber Dungan Boon (D. T.) of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Macy Phelps, Brynley Phelps, Kane Phelps, Lyla Boon and Tinsley Boon; and his brother Jeff Dungan of Charleston, SC..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morris & Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US-27, Science Hill, KY 42553).
