Darline K. Marcum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darline K. Marcum of Science Hill, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Kinley and Irene Lay Kinley; her grandson Jacob Dick; her son-in-law Christopher Cook; and her sisters, Polly Cremeans, Peggy Baker and Tina Dye.
She is survived by: her daughters, MaLinda Rose of Science Hill and Deanna Cook of Science Hill; her siblings, Clinton Kinley (Amy) of Somerset, Linda Sullivan (Ronnie) of Somerset and Becky Troxell (Steve) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Joshua Dick, Kayley Rose, Hayley and Harrison Wells; her great grandchildren, Noah Wells, Beau Wells, Jensen Fisher and Sutton Denney; and her grandson William A. Fischer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
