He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Baugh and Minnie Vaught Baugh; his wife Hulda Dykes Baugh; his son Billy Eugene Baugh; his daughter-in-law Shirley Baugh; his daughter Theresa Kay Martinez; and his grandson Clarence Baugh.
He is survived by: his children, Lorie Monroe and James Baugh (Elva Kirpatrick); his grandchildren, Steven Lee (Samantha Cook), Amanda Bolen (Charles Hubbard), Billy Jack Baugh (Angela Stokes), Eric Hardwick, Aaron Hardwick and Nathan Hardwick; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Lee, Jayden Johnson, Kameron Lee, Peyton Davis, Jordan Davis, Chase Bolen, Pierce, Davin Hubbard, Kendra, Navaeh Baugh, Hunter Reynolds and Jackson Reynolds.
