He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Clay and Sarah Catherine Warren (Dick); and his siblings, Roy Bradley Warren, Adam Warren, Milford Warren, Will Warren, Carlos Warren, Everett Warren, Mary Wiles, Hazel Mofield, Wilma Hollars, Vinnie Adams, Helen Dick and Vina Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Carl Dwayne Warren (Melissa), Michael Timothy Warren and Brian Steven Warren (Elizabeth); his brother Frank B. Warren; and his grandchildren, Bridgett Coy, Carl Dustin Warren, Timothy Blake Warren, Christopher Scott Warren, Cody Dwayne Warren, Michael Graham Stonecipher and Kylie Brianna Warren. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
