He was predeceased by: his parent Liza Bingham (Baker); his wife Lizzie Bingham (Mills); his father Hugh Bob Bingham; his son Lowell "Cotton" Bingham; his grandchild Whitney Kendall Bingham; his great grandchild Jacob Ethan Ward; his daughter-in-law Patricia Bingham (Soda); and his siblings, Vince Bingham, Gracie Brooks and Axie Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Teddy Bingham (Mary) of Scalf, Doyle Bingham of Scalf, Wilbert Dean Bingham (Mickey) of Scalf, Carol Ward (Russell) of Scalf, Mary Ann Lewis (Ray) of Corbin, Delaine Meade (Shawn) of Corbin and Elaine Jackson (Les) of Corbin; his daughter-in-law Kathy Bingham of Flat Lick; and his siblings, Lee Bingham of Scalf, Herbert Bingham of Scalf, Eva Mills of London, Annie Mills of Scalf and Imogene Mills of Scalf. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
