He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ed Brown and Lillie Brown; his son Herman Allen Brown (Lexi); his grandson Bayman Kipper Brown of Hawaii; his siblings, Betty Brown of Barbourville, Loretta Burnett (Don Lee) of Scalf and James Ed Brown, Jr. (Michelle) of Woodbine; his nephews, Carl Richard Burnett (Lauren), Austin Ollis Burnett, Nathan Brown (Heather), Zachary Brown (Liza), Logan Brown and William Bailey; his niece Deanna Garcia (Nacho); and his cousin Goble Brown. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
