She was predeceased by: her parents, Mealie Mattingly Mills and Sollie Mills; her husband Chester Mills; her son Everett Mills; her grandsons, Michael Everett Broughton and Jason Mills; her brother Lee H. Mills; her sister-in-law Helen Mills; her brother Ben F. Mills; her sister-in-law Rosa Mills; her brothers, Jim Matt Mills, Clarence Roy Mills and Tip Mills; her sister-in-law Classie Mills; her sisters, Rosa Mills Gregory and Sarah Baker; her brother-in-law Obie Baker; and her son-in-law Wayne Broughton.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford Mills, Ruby Broughton and Lilly May Broughton; her son-in-law Terry Broughton; her daughter Kathy Ann Bruner; her son-in-law David Bruner; her grandchildren, Tommy Mills, Ruby Meade (Brad), Lucas Broughton (Courtney), Holly Smith (Andrew), Kevin Broughton (Amanda), Jennifer Stacy (Kyle), Travis Bruner (Jessica) and Casey Owens (Will); and her great great grandchild Elizabeth.
