He is survived by: his wife Irene Mills of Scalf; his children, Carlos Ray Mills of Scalf and Tammy Renae Marion (Jamie) of Scalf; his grandchildren, Noah Michael Ray Marion, Conor Malaki Darren Marion and Caden Isaac James Marion; his brother Herschel Mills (Joyce) of Scalf; and his close friend Billy Mills. He is also survived by friends and his church family.
