She is survived by: her granddaughter Virginia; her husband Gary Raymond Ison of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; her children, Kimberly Jo Marshall (Brandon) of Grayson, Kentucky and Garrett Raymond Ison of Sandy Hook; her granddaughters, Marissa Jo Ison, Chelsey Michelle Miller and Ashlynn Shane Moore; her great grandchild Pasilee Jo McNabb; her siblings, Billy Ray Stevens of Christian County, Ricky Elmo Stevens of Webbville and Connie Sue Adkinson of Owensboro, Kentucky; and her close friends, Geneva Thornsberry and Diedra Mayse.
