She is survived by: her daughters, Kyla Moore (Larry) of Sandy Hook and Jennifer Lewis (Tommy) of Bruin, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Kyle David Adkins (Kathryn), Kaleb Matthew Adkins (Kimberlin), Brianna Rileigh Moore, Annsleigh Larryn Moore, Annistyn Nicole Moore, Noah Thomas Lewis and Maci Brooke Lewis; and her caregiver Marlene Caudill. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
