He is survived by: his wife Ordella Adkins Kelly; his mother Wilma Skaggs Kelly of Sandy Hook; his children, Christopher Kelly of Springfield, Jason Kelly (Tammie) of Salt Lick, Nicholas Kelly of Morehead, Tabitha Skaggs (William) of Olive Hill, Christina Kelly of Beavercreek and Debbie Reed (Bill) of Isonville; his siblings, Lowell Kelly of Zanesville, Roy Kelly of Naples and Sharon Maddox of Sandy Hook; and his grandchildren, Michael Atkinson, Keeli Howard, Chandler Kelly, Alexia Skaggs, Carson Kelly, Meadow Kelly, Mollie Kelly, Braden Barker and Evan Barker.
