She is survived by: her children, Jackie Dean Whitley (Kimberly) of Isonville, Billy Joe Whitley (Johnna) of Sandy Hook, Kristi Scripter (Brian) of Sandy Hook, Brandi Fultz (Rodney) of Sandy Hook and Sandra Thornsberry (Paul) of Isonville; her siblings, Mike Hay (Kathy) of Isonville, Wayne Hay (Debbie) of Martha, Carolyn Waits of Isonville and Jackie Hutchinson (Tim) of Isonville; her grandchildren, Samantha Childers (Nick), Emily Whitley, Jack Whitley (Sierra), Jacob Whitley (Savannah), Jon Alexander Whitley, Jayce Whitley, Caden Whitley, Brier Whitley, Blake Fultz (Randi), Jadyn Fultz (Justin), Jazzi Whitley (Aaron), Zackary Thornsberry and Natasha Thornsberry; and her aunt Loena Hay. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
