Mitchel Ray Skaggs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchel Ray Skaggs of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John J.; his grandson Rylan Gage Skaggs; his brother Marshall Skaggs; and his stepson Eric Yates. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wagoner Skaggs; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Teisha Skaggs; his daughters, Michalene Rae (Johnny Lewis) and Keisha Dawn (Shane Skaggs); his stepdaughter Kimberly (Andrew Salyers) of Sandy Hook; his siblings, Roger (Mary Skaggs), Kenneth (Sharon Skaggs), Alice (Wilbur Ison) and Gail (Allan Ison); and his sister-in-law Bessie Skaggs of Grayson, Kentucky. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, along with a host of extended family members and friends.
